With more than 15 years of experience in providing transport services for meetings, events and congress, we make a point of ensuring the most comfortable and reliable trip possible for your guests.
For up to 1,000 participants we can organize airport transfers, shuttles between different locations, VIP cars, guided tours of the city or of a specific place, hostesses, personal guides, cars with disabled access or equipped with folding wheelchairs.
Together, we analyze your needs and objectives in terms of service and budget. Once planned out, you can send us a file with all the information that we will then integrate directly into our database.
We'll take care of organizing the type of car, the chauffeur and the different services according to the pre-defined criteria.
At the time of your event, a dedicated contact person will be available during the entire operation.
In case of emergency, our hotline is also available 24 hours a day. We will remain flexible and only charge for the services used, with the exception of last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
For control of your budget, you can follow your requests and your updated cost estimates online, as well as the number of the chauffeur assigned to your project.
