12 exclusive panoramic boats for seeing the whole of Paris.
- Physical disability: board at Port de la Bourdonnais, with disable toilets. Board the boat by ramp. The Pierre Bellon trimaran (a multi-hulled boat) has wheelchair access on the main deck and inside (built-in access ramp, no steps, disable toilets but without support bar). It is highly recommended to ask for this boat when making a reservation. The Juliette Grieco and Brigitte Bardot boats also with ground-level entrance and adapted toilet. On the other boats, they have a temporary wheelchair ramp for access from the pier to the boat, some steps on the boats (guests in a wheelchair would need to be carried by staff, not possible for people in mobility scooters). No disabled toilets in other boats.
- Hearing disability: in the Pierre Bellon trimaran, audio-guides are compatible with hearing aids, made available to the hard of hearing.
