Since 1686, the oldest Café de Paris has continued to vibrate in the heart of the Saint-Germain district. It was at Le Procope that emblematic figures such as the greatest writers and intellectuals of history (Rousseau, Diderot, Voltaire or Robespierre) met to taste the best culinary compositions that have remained unchanged.
This restaurant, marked by the events that the capital has known, is a place steeped in history whose decor has remained intact. Still today, the charm of Procope attracts the world's greatest artists who come to enjoy the house's specialities, such as coq au vin, calf's head in a casserole, or the traditional millefeuille.
