As a tribute to this idyll, Hôtel La Dépendance is inaugurating a coffee shop named "Cesar y Georgette", a place that, through a fusion menu of Peruvian coffees, celebrates the link between Paris and Peru. For the occasion, Cesar y Georgette will be offering a unique 5-step tasting experience called "Omakasé", translated from the Japanese "Le Choix du Chef":
