Le Bœuf Couronné is the last vestige of the maquignons of La Villette. The menu features no less than a dozen cuts of beef of varying weights, and meat lovers are sure to be delighted, as they can choose between the pavé des mandataires (300 g), the Chateaubriand des bidochards (700 g) or the côte de bœuf (1.2 k). All these kingly cuts come from fine origins and are served with delicious pommes soufflées like you won't find any more... Generous, traditional dishes (tête de veau "vieille France", whole roasted veal kidney...) will be able to satisfy all cravings and satiate them. The creation in 2017 of the 42-room Au Bœuf Couronné *** hotel was conceived as an extension of the restaurant.
