Located in the north of the 18th arrondissement of Paris, in a smart building entirely designed to optimize energy expenditure, our new social innovation third place is there to design, experiment and promote inclusive conversation between people who would not otherwise meet.
We share the premises with Radio Nova, in the heart of a territory of diversity but also of inequalities, in the center of eight priority neighborhoods of the city, the House of Conversation creates links between inhabitants, companies, communities and associative and educational fields thanks to a citizen programming and tailor-made training. The income from privatizations allows us to finance the running of the house and the common areas designed for our beneficiaries.

Sustainable approach

The building has a high performance lighting system: light and presence detection. For heating/air conditioning: in the basement of the building there is a steam-fed substation and a chilled water distribution sub-station. This is a fresh air treatment system.
