The Salon du BON turns Paris's Grande Halle de la Villette into a celebration of good food. Three days of tastings, live cooking, encounters and discoveries with chefs, artisans and committed producers.
From 6 to 8 November 2026, the Salon du BON takes over the Grande Halle de la Villette for three days dedicated to good food and responsible consumption. With 170 exhibitors, 30 chefs cooking live and 15,000 visitors expected, the event brings together producers, artisans, committed brands and professionals around authentic, creative and sustainable food. Six themed areas explore food, drinks, tableware, equipment, accessories and craftsmanship. Cooking shows, conferences, workshops, tastings and masterclasses offer an engaging programme, while the Bouillon du BON, a temporary restaurant inspired by traditional Parisian bouillons, adds a convivial culinary experience.
