From 17 to 19 November 2026, Heavent Paris celebrates its 25th edition at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles – Hall 4. One of Europe’s leading events for the event industry, the show brings together more than 20,000 participants and 490 exhibitors showcasing new solutions, technologies and creative concepts for the events of tomorrow. Start-ups, new technologies, scenography, audiovisual services, destinations, entertainment, decoration and digital solutions are all represented. The 2026 edition also features a conference programme, the International MICE Destination Area, start-up villages, a Green Village and the Heavent Festivals Awards.
