- Motor disability: entrance on the ground floor with automatic opening door, reception with a part of the counter low and hollowed out in the lower part, 2 adapted rooms on the ground floor (one on the street, the other on the courtyard) with bathroom equipped with a shower on the ground floor (with mobile seat), a washbasin with hollowed out lower part and a WC with side space and bar to transfer to the right, breakfast room access by lift with comfortable circulation widths.
- Visual disability: absence of obstacles at face level in circulation (wall lights, displays, underside of stairs, etc.), lift with adapted control panel (raised and Braille keys), with sound booth with announced floor.
- Hearing disability: lift with visual and/or sound announcement with magnetic induction loop, light flash coupled with sound fire alarm in the two adapted rooms (equipping of the other guest rooms in progress).
