Molto utile e versatile, i trasporti pubblici di Parigi sono davvero ben organizzati. Indispensabile se si vuole girare Parigi senza stress

Tutto perfetto

Servizio comodo. Il personale all'ufficio del turismo è molto gentile e disponibile, cercano anche di venirti incontro con la lingua. Il pass trasporti è comodissimo e facile da usare. Servizio molto consigliato

Organisation precise et punctuelle. Nous avons visitè la Ville en suretè et tranquillitè..On y va retourner sans doute..

L'abbonamento mi è stato molto utile e mi permesso di girare Parigi con facilità e comodità . Lo raccomando a chi viene a Parigi .

Necessario per Parigi, ho potuto visitare anche Malmaison anche se ci voleva un lungo percorso a piedi

antastico, nessun pensiero per quanto riguarda i biglietti dei mezzi pubblici. Mi ha permesso di saltare da un mezzo all'altro senza pensieri.
Se posso aggiungere una proposta:
Sposterei il servizio su smartphone attraverso un app con mappa delFla città interattiva

Molto comodo il servizio con i vari mezzi che portano davvero dappertutto senza usare la propria automobile e sono anche molto veloci.

Esperienza unica e incantevole. La città bellissima e non aver vincoli nei trasporti è fondamentale.
Tram e servizi Bus la fanno da padrona ma non dimentichiamo la salita al Sacro Cuore (la funicolare è compresa nel biglietto Pass Transoprt)
I mezzi sono usatissimi ma sempre puliti, cosa per nulla scontata in altre città. Facciamo i nostri complimenti

Per me non avere subito a disposizione i vostri biglietti dei mezzi di trasporto, è stato uno sbattimento e perdita di tempo! Non capisco perché non si può più ottenere i biglietti prima di arrivare nel vostro paese come si faceva prima???

It would be nice if there were more pick-up points. Especially if you arrive at Paris Nord station from abroad by Eurostar, it is still a long way to the pick-up point. Or that the ticket can be sent by email or app.

Pass très bien mais pourquoi des tickets qui se demagnetisent sans cesse? Pour les JO les pass étaient dématérialiser sur le téléphone et c'était beaucoup plus pratique . Sur 5 jours j'ai dû faire changer mon pass 2 fois...perte de temps pas très agréable.

Excellent way to travel hassle-free around Paris central areas (zones 1-3). Shame that it does not include rides to Disneyland and to the airport. For the rest, I highly recommend it!

Bien pratique pour se déplacer sur Paris. C'est juste dommage de devoir récupérer les pass en plein centre, nous obligeant de payer des tickets afin de les obtenir.

Nowhere did it say you only had to go to the city center for tickets. As a result, I had to buy an extra train ticket from the airport.

the collection point was way out of our reach and difficult to get to with respect to collection. i had to pay for transport from CdG and Metro to get to your place but have already paid for this ticket anyway.

Trop complexe à nos âges de venir retirer le forfait Quai Jacques CHIRAC. Trouvez des correspondants dans les Gares afin de pouvoir retirer les billets dès l’arrivée à Paris !

Positivo: muy útil, un gran sistema para moverse por Paris. Recomendable.

Negativo: solicité la entrega del "pass" en el hotel. El "pass" parece que se llevó al hotel pero en recepción NO constaba que yo estuviera o fuera a estar alojado. Cuando Paris je t'aime me informó del problema y llamé al hotel para confirmar que tenían constancia de mi reserva me dijeron que SI les constaba mi reserva.

Probablemente fue un error del hotel, quizás miró solo las personas alojadas EN ESE MOMENTO, en cuyo caso no me encontraría, claro, porque SI iba a estar alojado, pero en un futuro.

La opción de envío al hotel creo que es una opción bienintencionada pero peligrosa, depende de la eficacia e interés del hotel. Recibí el Pass en la estación del Norte bien atendido por Paris je t'aime, pero 15 euros perdidos en mi caso mas los billetes de metro necesarios para llegar allí.

C'est super! Quel dommage que ce type de pass soit si sensible aux autres appareils magnetiques.

Very convenient

Very nice to have one card and use that during 3 days. There is only one problem with the card: it doesn't work when there is a magnetic field somewhere around it. My husband had no problems, but my card had to be replaced every day (even when my husband kept it). So the system is quite old fashioned. But the metro (even the funicolar at Sacré Coeur) is very good.

This pass was just amazing. It was a great advantage to travel by Paris public transport which is so good. I enjoyed my trip overall, barring the feeling of unsafety at Gare Du north, Mont Marthe station, etc. by some anti social elements.

I was very satisfied with Paris je t'aime I was able to buy all my tickets on line without any glitches received my e-tickets right away got my reminders in due time before 1 or 2 days of my activities. All my passes were honored at the entrance of my events. Bravo PARIS JE T'AIME I will highly recommend you and use your services in the near futur.

Excellent service allowing you to move easily throughout the city by bus, train or metro. One problem: finding Spot 24 was difficult and no one working for the RATP knew where we should go. Wasted over two hours trying to find Spot 24. The directions need to be better demonstrated how to get there by Metro.
