The roof of the Grande Arche at La Défense affords an outstanding view of Paris and its landmark sites: the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum …
But visiting the capital's largest rooftop terrace is also a chance to get a bird's eye view of the country's most extensive open-air contemporary art show, featuring 69 works exhibited on the square at La Défense.
Before reaching the terrace and its 100-metre-long footbridge, take a moment to relax on the steps of the huge white marble staircase, then enjoy a dizzying ride in the elevator of the Grande Arche.
