What to expect

Located right in the heart of Paris, the Museum of Illusions, the first of its kind in France, invites people of all ages to come along and enjoy amazing multisensory experiences. With the family, friends or colleagues come and learn while having fun, in a unique ‘edutainment’ atmosphere.

The visit of the permanent exhibition is dotted with holograms, optical illusions of all kinds, and unusual pieces. The ‘Great Illusions’ plunge you into an extraordinary world, with its Vortex tunnel, Adelbert Ames room, Terrestrial Attraction room, infinity room and even an upside-down room! Enough to make you lose your footing! Look out for: The Clones Table, the Bottomless Well, the illusion of a hollow face and the ambiguous cylinder.

To finish your visit, head to the dilemma games room, a sort of fitness room for the brain, where, whatever your age, you can challenge yourself, and stimulate your mind, with puzzles, riddles, impossible knots, tricks and even mathematical games.
