We loved visiting the Opera Garnier. It was an amazing building and the audio guide made it much more meaningful.
However, we arrived a little before 10am on Monday and stood outside with some other people waiting to enter. At 10am, someone came and opened the gate but there was zero organization regarding getting inside. A rush of people through the gate was created, resulting in an unsafe situation when someone could have been hurt or trampled.
The rest of the visit was lovely, but the entrance could be improved greatly.
