This combined Bato Boat and Eiffel Tower ticket was recommended via a blog, if official Eiffel Tower tickets were sold out. It was rather reasonable cost and the boat was a lovely way to relax and see Paris from a different perspective. We literally did the loop (did not get off) and it was 1hour 50mins. The Eiffel Tower was a seamless visit, loved the first floor vibe better than the second floor.

Got tickets at fair price and wait from getting in line, to the second floor of Eiffel Tower was 1 hr total, which was less than what we expected.

This was an amazing tour worth the booking in advance!! We are so thankful to have had an opportunity to visit and learn the La Eiffel tour atmosphere before our actual booking date/time. This made it much easier to find the best entry area and avoid a huge crowd of folks buying tickets. I certainly recommend that the ticket email clearly outline the best options necessary to find the appropriate line required for going up on the lift. This will help travelers avoid standing in the wrong lines after clearing security.

Beautiful night view on the second floor of Eiffel Tower. A must see when visiting Paris. Get tickets with reserves time to save on the line up waiting time. Great value.

Bouleversante, belle et notre visite à la Tour Eiffel a été inoubliable. Les enfants ont été extrêmement impressionnés et ne se sont jamais ennuyés un seul instant.

J’ai fait une erreur en réservant la mauvaise date (que j’ai réalisé en recevant la confirmation de paiement) et j’ai immédiatement avisé, donc avant l’émission des billets. Les billets ont été envoyés par courriel le lendemain et on m’a répondu qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire. Un meilleur service à la clientèle, plus compréhensif, aurait été apprécié. Je ne voulais que faire un échange pour la bonne date et les billets n’avaient même pas encore été émis.

Everything as promised on the tickets. The place was very busy but managed well by polite staff.

We could not print out the ticket as we did not have a printer. Unlike the Eiffel Tower ticket we bought - which they scanned from our phone - the Botobus people refused to accept our tickets even though the QR code could clearly be scanned from the phone. They told us to email the ticket to them but then told us their email did not work as the ticket booth was too close to the Eiffel tower. We missed three largely empty boats while trying to email the ticket that we clearly had on our phone and they could clearly scan from the phone. We ultimately asked for a refund and were told 'ha ha good luck with that'. The Botobus employee enjoyed messing us around and gleefully telling us to 'walk ten minutes that way and then email it'. We feel like we have been scammed out of 58 Euros for a trip we could not take.

Check in was easy and there was only a short wait to go up the Tour. Most enjoyable.

Es war eine traumhafte Erfahrung, den Eiffelturm auf der 2. Etage besuchen zu können. Das hatte ich mir schon seit Jahren gewünscht.

Seul souci, à l'air du numérique, dommage que nous soyons obligés d'imprimer les billets, la présentaion d'un QR Code sur téléphone n'est pas proposée!

Le site devrait préciser la fréquence de passage des bateaux

Dommage de ne pas avoir eu la possibilité d’acheter le sommet, site de réservation de la Tour Eiffel extrêmement mal fait.

Durch die Buchung mit timeslot war das Anstehen beim Eiffelturm nicht sehr lange .
