E' stata un'esperienza molto piacevole.
Puntuale e pulito.

L,'activité est tres bien, bonne rotation des bateaux qui permet de se déplacer et de profiter des vues de Paris.
Par contre, il faudrait améliorer la prise des billets sur internet avec un achat direct et non un voucher à échanger. Ce n'est pas pratique car l'échange ne peut pas se faire à toutes les stations.

Génial on descend on remonte à bord en toute liberté et le tarif est très abordable @

Unica pecca : iniziano il servizio alle 10.
Comunque consiglio vivamente di utilizzare il batobus per spostarsi a Parigi!@

En amont de l'achat, ce n'est pas suffisamment clair que le ticket reçu doit être échangé dans certaines billetteries et les horaires des billetteries ou de fin des navettes n'est pas facile à trouver où n'y est pas. En tout cas, je ne l'ai pas trouvé.
Malgré ces difficultés au démarrage, le Batobus a été très apprécié.

I bought tickets for Batobus in the Office du Tourisme at Hôtel de Ville. The cashier was friendly, but it took a very long time to get the tickets due to - according to him - a change in the purchasing system. Then, he failed to explain to me that I needed to take the paper to a ticket window at the Batobus stop and exchange it for actual tickets. Because of this, we missed the first boat. It turns out, there was no point in purchasing tickets ahead of time since you have to go to the ticket window anyway. The Batobus Notre-Dame employees were not very friendly, and one completely ignored my question about how many minutes until the next boat even though I asked him in French. The Batobus ride itself was enjoyable and convenient with many stops.

Cómodo y paradas estratégicas que te dejan en las zonas más importantes y céntricas de Paris.
Se puede llegar en metro a dichas paradas y la espera no excede de los 15 minutos habitualmente.

Ticket was great but just didn't have enough time to use it! Too many sights to see

Ho scelto il batobus per vedere alcuni punti di interesse da un altro punto di vista. E' stato interessante e comodo. Il prezzo è adeguato.
il personale era disponibile, alla biglietteria e sulla barca. Hanno comunicato alcune informazioni chiare e interessanti dei monumenti.
Non è immediato riconoscere il personale a terra, solo dopo un pò ho capito che hanno le maglie a righe orizzontali.
In una giornata molto calda, vedere i monumenti dal batobus è stato meglio, era un pò più fresco.

Don’t buy a Batobus ticket from this outfit. You don’t really get a ticket. You have take the Jr te Aime Paris receipt to a Batobus station and change it for an actual ticket. You have to email the JTParis receipt to the Batobus office and only then do they give you a ticket that can be scanned for entry to boat. Just go to quai and buy a ticket in person

War ok. Etwas umständlich, da das mit dem Umtausch des Kauf PDF in ein Ticket vor Ort kompliziert war.
Das hätte ich mir einfacher gewünscht. QR Code z.B in der PDF.
Ansonsten war es ein schönes Erlebnis damit zu fahren.

La navette est super, mais le système de devoir passer a un guichet pour récupérer les billets n'est pas tres pratique. Surtout que ce n'est pas tres clair, il faut lire le courriel en detail.... Il serait mieux d'avoir un billet electronique avec un code QR / code barre directement envoyé sur le courriel

Nett und entschleunigend. Etwas schade, dass man nicht auch hier mittels Kopfhörer mitbekommt, wo man jetzt gerade vorbeifährt.
Ich habe die Tickets von zu Hause aus gebucht, jedoch nur eine Buchungsbestätigung erhalten. Durch Zufall wandte ich mich damit vorgängig ans Ticket Office, wo die Buchungsbestätigung dann nach längerem Hin und Her in die Tickets umgetauscht wurde...

The experience was great. Boats were clean, and timely.
Assistance at the bureau unfortunately wasn’t so kind.
