The Aquarium Tropical, situated within the Palais de la Porte Dorée, offers a unique and colourful voyage into the marine world.
Educational and fun, the Tropical Aquarium enables youngsters (for whom it is particularly suitable) and curious adults to admire numerous fascinating creatures but also to learn more about underwater life, biodiversity, and the importance of preserving nature. Reservation is MANDATORY for a date and time slot on the site of the museum (subject to availability). You will receive a ticket with instructions on how to book a date and time for your tour. We advise you book your time slot as early as possible.
Access to the Aquarium Tropical is free, upon presentation of proof, for: all young people under 26 years of age, job seekers, people with disabilities and their companion, ... (complete list available on the museum's website and directly on site).
A reduced rate is available directly from the museum for students, large family card holders, museum members, and Aquarium members.
As part of the Vigipirate program security controls are put in place at the entrance of Parisian museums and monuments. In case of a large attendance, these controls can create a waiting time which cannot be skipped.
Open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 5.30pm
Open Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 7pm
Last entry to the spaces 1hour before closing time.
Closed on Mondays and on 1 January, 1 May and 25 December.
