Braisenville restaurant, near Montmartre and Opera, is a culinary gem where the wood-fired oven crackles for the pleasure of gourmets since 2011. Created by Philippe Baranes, it offers seasonal, vibrant and gourmet cuisine, that is served for dinner in the format of tasting plates that he has established in Paris, or in Carte Blanche Tasting menus and in lunch menus.
This restaurant is frequented by locals, sometimes well-known, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. After the sincere welcome, the magic begins.
The selection of French terroir wines perfectly complements the exquisite dishes where the gastronomic creative work of good seasonal products - vegetables, meats and fish - hits the mark.
The tables in semi-precious stones, the seats in calcined wood, the beautiful flowery summer terrace and the eco-friendly materials add a responsible touch to the engaged atmosphere. An ideal place for a relaxed evening with gourmet friends or a great dinner for two.
