The Comédie-Française in Paris presents Le malade imaginaire, the famous and last play written by Molière before his death in 1673 and presented for the first time that same year at the Théâtre du Palais Royal. Presented today in a pared-down production by Claude Stratz dating from 2001, the play has been performed more than 500 times by the Comédie-Française troupe.
