A look at Picasso's graphic work through some 1,000 drawings, notebooks, and engravings.
To mark the fiftieth anniversary of the death of Pablo Picasso, the Centre Pompidou is offering a panorama of the artist’s graphic work in the exhibition Picasso. Dessiner à l'infini (‘Picasso. Infinite Drawing’) which runs from 18 October 2023 to 15 January 2024. Visitors can discover the artist's virtuoso pencil strokes as they follow a thematic trail displaying almost a thousand drawings, notebooks, and engravings, some of which are famous and others which have never been shown before.
This event, organized with the Picasso National Museum, is the largest retrospective devoted to Picasso's work as a draughtsman and engraver.
