The Palais Garnier presents two ballets by William Forsythe followed by a creation by Johan Inger.
The Palais Garnier presents a programme celebrating classical dance revisited with two performances by choreographer William Forsythe: Rearray and Blake Works I. Rearray is a duet created by Sylvie Guillem and Nicolas Le Riche for Sadler's Wells in London in 2011. The ballet enters the Paris Opera repertoire in a version by Forsythe. Blake Works I was created by Forsythe for the Ballet de l'Opéra national de Paris in 2016, to songs by James Blake. The programme concludes with a creation by choreographer Johan Inger entitled IMPASSE. To be seen from 4 October to 3 November 2024.
