Restaurant Rosé, located in the Novotel Paris Porte de Versailles, invites you to its ‘Jazz Therapy’ evenings. From 7pm to 9pm, let yourself be enchanted by jazz trios and duos in a hushed atmosphere. Between each musical session, guests take part in the entertainment by selecting a signature cocktail inspired by the great figures of jazz. Prepared at the table by the barman, each cocktail is accompanied by a chat about its history, before your choice of music is played on vinyl. An immersive experience combining music and mixology, enhanced by a selection of tapas during Happy Hours.
