Pulse. To the rhythm of light and sound

A multi-sensory journey through light and sound

From 12 December to 13 July 2025, La Gaîté Lyrique in collaboration with 1024 architecture present ‘Pulse. Au rythme de la lumière et du son’, an immersive experience based around light, offering visitors a unique and captivating sensory journey. On the programme: surprising works and installations focusing on the visual and sound arts, such as ‘Core’, which creates a volume of light around a 6-hour soundtrack designed by Laurent Garnier; Metachronal, which reproduces the movement of a centipede in light; Walking Cube, which enables a metal cube to learn to dance; Helix, which simulates a branch of DNA moving according to its mood; the pixelated world of the interactive game Playground... and many other surprises. The exhibition space will be transformed into a club for evening DJ sets.
