The life of Daniel Cordier, committed resistance fighter, art dealer, historian and witness to the Second World War

Until 13 July 2025, the Musée de la Libération de Paris is hosting an exhibition dedicated to Daniel Cordier, from his involvement in the Resistance alongside Jean Moulin, whom he served as secretary, to his activities as a gallery owner and historian. Archival documents, personal items, spy notebooks, and works of art by artists ranging from Marcel Duchamp to Jean Dubuffet, Brassaï, and Henri Michaux, on loan from the National Archives, the Historical Service of the Ministry of Defence, and the Centre Pompidou, have been brought together for this occasion.
From 10am. to 6pm. Closed on Monday and 1 May.
