Crosspoint Chancel Choir at La Madeleine

A free concert of sacred songs and American music by a Florida choir in an iconic Parisian venue

On Wednesday, 18 June 2025, at 10:30 a.m., the Madeleine Church in Paris will host an exceptional morning concert by the Crosspoint Chancel Choir, a 60-member choir from Niceville, Florida. Active for more than half a century, this choir is a musical institution in its region. Under the inspired direction of Katrina Jackson, the programme will feature a selection of American sacred music, blending contemporary compositions, spiritual songs and works imbued with fervour. Among the pieces performed will be Wade in the Living Water, Bless the Lord and Jesus, Firm Foundation. This intense musical moment, filled with emotion and uplift, will be enhanced by the piano playing of Selena Chavis, the choir's faithful accompanist.
