Our dishes are prepared in good conscience and with respect for the environment:
- the ingredients come from sustainable agriculture and local producers,
- we source our products mainly from the Ile de France, Picardy, Normandy and Brittany regions,
- we are developing more and more vegetarian products in order to offer our customers a greater diversity with a view to reducing meat consumption.
