The building has been refurbished using quality materials and equipment (lighting, sound systems, etc.) designed to last, and local craftsmen.
The exterior and interior frames have been completely redone to ensure optimum insulation.
The building is equipped with the CPCU heating system, which uses water vapour to save energy. There is no air-conditioning, as the old stonework works very well in this respect.
Household consumables (soaps, paper, cleaners, sponges, etc.) and foodstuffs (coffee, teas) are selected on the basis of their suppliers' CSR commitments.
The household appliances (fridges, ovens, kettles, etc.) were chosen with a view to manufacturing in the EU zone and saving energy (the fridges have no freezers).
The venue is equipped for waste recycling, in accordance with current regulations.
The site is committed to fostering relationships with customers and suppliers who are serious about CSR issues.
On the ground floor (4 rooms), each of the two entrance exits is equipped with an external button located at an appropriate height so that a PRM can activate the bell connected to it and signal his or her presence to anyone inside the venue. A PRM access ramp is available to customers in the technical cupboard on the ground floor.
The toilets are not accessible to PRMs.
