The Congress team of Paris je t’aime – Tourist Office helps and supports organizers free of charge at every stage of their project, both in the bid phase (help in putting together a bid, recommendations for Parisian partners, support for a bid, organization of site visits, etc.) and when Paris is confirmed as the host city for a congress (help in promoting the congress, providing promotional tools, etc.), using its expertise and tools. At the same time, the Paris Convention Bureau is currently working with Parisian hotel and institutional partners to actualize the charter for hosting congresses and major events: all Parisian players are working to offer congress planners exclusive and favourable conditions for the success of their events in Paris. The next edition of this charter should be signed in March 2021.
