Adaptation for visually impaired people: blind or visually impaired people are not required to carry the ‘attestation de déplacement dérogatoire’ (‘travel justification certificate’), provided that they present a disability ID card or a document proving such a disability. The person accompanying them must have a ‘dérogation professionnelle de déplacement’ (‘professional travel derogation’).
